To Reiko,
You have been alive for a decade and a half. What makes you think you haven’t proven yourself yet? Let me guess. Because of that idiot who turned you down. Is that right? Is it because you’ve been rejected by someone who actually matters to you? Aww, how cute. Little Reiko cares about someone who cares nothing for her. Haha. Imagine him reading this. He wouldn’t have a fucking clue who the hell I’m talking about, would he? Kind of like Neo from The Matrix – not very bright.
Take a look at that graph your friend drew you of your “complications”. Look at what kind of goons you attract! My advice to you is to pretend to be a little Chinese girl everyone loves. Someone who is a brainwashed, blissfully ignorant tool to the system. Someone who is controllable, and who loves to keep her mouth shut. Someone who doesn’t dress herself up. Some cute little girl who listens to her parents, and who is numb to love. Unfortunately, you are none of these things, are you, Reiko? No, of course not. You avoid these things. You make tedious efforts to fight being like everyone else.
Why can’t you be like everyone else, Reiko? Be smart in school, and stupid everywhere else. Break the rules that don’t apply to you. Get mad at nothing, and ignore frustrating things. Why can’t you be these things? Maybe if you were, you’d be happy. But no. Why do you refuse to be happy, Reiko? Because you’d rather know the truth than be happy. My goodness, your life practically orbits around The Matrix. What if The Matrix is wrong, Reiko? What if everyone else is free, and you are the one who is trapped?
From, Nemo
